An unusual approach to the alleys, hidden monuments and  treasures of Nice Old Town and Port Lympia through its secrets & legends: the places visited are original and stand out from the usual tourist circuits. Follow your local & accredited Guide, specialized historian, you will visit places full of mysteries and surprises from the past : museums, monuments, cemeteries, crossing of the port by boat, an old prison & a prehistoric cave.

We will put together a tailor-made tour with historic sites that are as unique as they are surprising. A stunning diversity such as a visit of an underground archaeological site, an elevation in the highest bell tower of the Old Town perched at 50 meters to admire a breathtaking view of the roofs of the medieval city.

Then, we will visit one of the most beautiful cemeteries in France where you will be amazed by its monumental tombs and incredible sculptures, an exceptional cemetery full of stories and anecdotes about the prestigious inhabitants of Nice in the 18th century, from the Belle Époque to the present day. We will have the opportunity to discover some little-known chapels and churches full of Baroque treasures (some are classified among the most beautiful Baroque in France, churches generally closed to the public).

After a ride full of Nice secrets through the colorful alleys of the Old Town, we will head towards Port Lympia which we will cross aboard a traditional fishing boat before visiting the old prison of Nice, the opportunity to learn about the History of Port Lympia. On top of this, we will go through the most beautiful seashore to visit an unexpected place: a prehistoric cave to discover the first inhabitants of Nice from the Neanderthal era,  occupied by people & animals during 70 000 years. A must-see!
